Zero Emissions Week (23rd–27th September)
During this week, students actively participated in activities to reduce their carbon footprint. Under Zero-
Waste Tiffins, they brought meals in reusable containers, avoided plastic, and ensured no waste was left
behind. The Travel Smart initiative encouraged walking, cycling, carpooling, or using the school bus to
reduce air pollution. In Watch & Learn, students enjoyed inspiring stories about environmental protection
worldwide. The Think Green campaign motivated them to save electricity and water. On 27th September,
students switched off lights from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm, contributing collectively to the environment.
Eco Club Activities (30th September)
All four sections performed creatively: Section A made objects from ice-cream sticks, Section B created
figures using matchsticks, Section C crafted birds and animals from leaves, and Section D designed
patterns with pencil shavings. The students’ crafts were displayed and showcased in classrooms, allowing
everyone to appreciate their imagination, skill, and teamwork, making the celebration both educational
and fun.
