EVENT: Eco Club Activities – Earth Day Celebration
THEME: Save Our Earth
CLASS & SECTION: Classes 1 to 5
LEARNING OUTCOMES: Students were able to:
1. understand the importance of protecting the environment and conserving natural resources.
2. identify simple ways to reduce waste and keep their surroundings clean.
3. express their ideas creatively through posters and activities related to Earth Day.
On the occasion of Earth Day, various eco-friendly activities were conducted by the Eco Club for Classes 1 to
5. Class 1 students took a pledge to protect and care for the Earth. Class 2 students participated in an activity
on sorting wet and dry waste, helping them understand proper waste management. Students of Classes 3 and 5
showcased their creativity through poster-making activities on the theme of saving the Earth. Class 4 students
made leaf puppets, promoting the idea of using natural and eco-friendly materials.
The activities helped students become more aware of environmental issues and encouraged them to adopt eco-
friendly habits in their daily lives. The event concluded with a message to take small steps towards a greener
and healthier planet.
